  3. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us on the same day of delivery and provide a video showing the unboxing of the parcel.
  4. All shipments undergo a quality check before dispatch. In case of damage, the customer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense, or you may contact our customer support team for assistance with return shipping.
  5. Customised orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for other products.
